Bricks for Glass Regenerator(GLASSIMAG)

Bricks for Glass Regenerator(GLASSIMAG)

Introduction

It is Marvels product designed for glass regenerator and one of our leading products. It is also our traditional advantage for more than 50 years. We have many patents in this field. Based on raw material, it is divided as Pure Magnesia (GMB), Magnesia Chrome(GMK),  Magnesia Zirconia(GMZ), Magnesia Olivine(GMS)and Low Porosity Fireclay(GDN).

Properties

(1) Pure Magnesia Brick(GLASSIMAG  GMB)

They are made of different types of high purity magnesia, processed by medium to high temperature sintering, with excellent resistance to strong alkaline vapor erosion, oxidation reduction erosion and good thermal conductivity. They are applied as checker and wall bricks at middle & upper part of glass regenerators.

(2) Magnesia Zirconia Brick(GLASSIMAG  GMZ)

They are made primarily of high-quality magnesia, zircon sand and zirconia, under medium to high temperature burning. They are better in RUL and TSR compared with same substrate magnesia brick, particularly in resistance to various damage by basic steam and condensed steam. They are mainly used as checker in upper and middle part of the regenerator.

(3) Magnesia Chrome Brick(GLASSIMAG  GMK)

They are made of high quality magnesia and chromite ore, processed by high temperature or ultra-high temperature sintering. With properties of excellent thermal shock stability, resistance to alkaline vapor repeated condensing and evaporating erosions, they are applied as checker bricks and wall brick at middle lower part of medium to large glass regenerators.

(4) Magnesia Olivine Brick(GLASSIMAG  GMS)

They are made primarily of high quality magnesia, low iron containing olivine under medium to high temperature burring. They have excellent thermal shock resistance stability, resistance to high temperature creep, sulfate and slag corrosion. They are used as checker in glass regenerator instead of mag-chrome bricks.

(5) Low Porosity Fire Clay(GLASSIMAG  GDN)

They are made primarily of refractory clay and diaspore clinker, pressed under high pressure and produced by high temperature firing. With the features of high strength, low porosity, better resistance to penetration and erosion, they are mainly used at the bottom of glass regenerator.
